• GizmoSQL Enterprise licenses are backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy (100% refund within 30 days; pro-rated thereafter)
• We may suspend services for non-payment
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GizmoData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification
